General terms and conditions

Dear seminar organizer, dear guest,

Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This also means that you should know exactly what services we provide, what we are responsible for, and what obligations you have towards us.

1. The contract is concluded as soon as the room(s) is booked and confirmed, or, if confirmation is no longer possible due to time constraints, as soon as the room(s) are made available. Verbal agreements only become effective once confirmed by the Christian Funk HOLDING GmbH & Co. KG; hereinafter referred to as Hotel Liberty, have been confirmed in writing.
2. Option dates are binding for both contracting parties. Hotel Liberty reserves the right to reassign the reserved conference rooms/rooms after the option dates have expired.
3. If several people, especially groups, are registering, the list of participants should be made available to the hotel 21 days before arrival in the interest of all parties.
4. If the content of the reservation confirmation differs from the content of the registration, the different content of the confirmation becomes binding for both parties if the guest does not object in writing within 10 days.
5. Reserved conference rooms are only available to the service recipient during the time agreed upon in writing. Use of the rooms beyond the agreed period requires prior consultation with Hotel Liberty. Reserved hotel rooms are available to guests from 15:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Unless an arrival time has been expressly agreed upon, Hotel Liberty reserves the right to reassign reserved hotel rooms after 18:00 PM.
6. In case of early departure, guests are asked to notify reception by 20:00 PM the day before. Departures before 18:00 PM will be charged half the room rate; departures after 18:00 PM will be charged the full room rate.
7. The services contractually agreed upon are set out in the information in the conference brochure and in the reservation confirmation, which refers to it.
8. A refund for services ordered but not used is not possible.
9. The prices quoted are inclusive and include service charge and value-added tax (VAT).
10. If the period between conclusion of the contract and provision of services exceeds six months, the hotel reserves the right to make price changes.
11. If the statutory VAT rate changes after the contract has been concluded, the agreed price will change accordingly.
12. For changes to or cancellation of reserved rooms and arrangements, the following cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellations for the entire event are free of charge up to 6 weeks before the event date. Cancellations for individual participants are free of charge up to 24 hours before the event date. For cancellations at shorter notice, the cancellation fee is 80% of the agreed price. If the room can be re-rented, you will incur no costs.
13. The organizer/bestelleHe is liable for the payment of any additional food and drinks ordered by the event participants.
14. Malfunctions in the technical or other equipment provided will be remedied immediately, wherever possible. However, payments cannot be withheld or reduced.
15. Our invoices are payable within 10 days of the invoice date without deduction and plus any applicable additional charges.elleBank fees are payable. Credit cards cannot be accepted.
16. We reserve the right to correct any errors, printing errors, or calculation errors.
17. The invalidity of individual provisions of the contract or these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining agreements.
18. For all disputes arising from this contract and its performance, the jurisdiction of the local court in 77654 shall apply, to the extent permitted by law. Offenburg agreed.
19. Status 01/2019 – This version loses its validity with the release of a new version.
